Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Origins Family Foods. We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible, while preserving the quality and freshness of our products. Below is our policy for 2-3 day shipping.

1. Order Cut-off Time

  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST / local time on business days are eligible for 2-3 day shipping.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends or holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Processing Time

  • Once your order is placed, it goes through quality & freshness checks, packaging, and dispatch.

  • Processing typically takes 24 hours, barring weekends or holidays.

3. Shipping Times

  • For 2-3 day shipping, transit time is 2-3 business days from the date the order leaves our facility.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding recognized holidays).

4. Shipping Regions

  • This service is available for all locations within the contiguous United States.

  • For Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or international orders, please check shipping options at checkout as transit times may be longer.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, packaging needs (especially for fresh/frozen goods), and destination.

  • 2-3 day shipping may incur a premium compared to standard ground shipping.

6. Fresh & Frozen Items

  • When you order fresh or frozen items, we use insulated packaging and cold packs to maintain freshness.

  • If the weather is extremely hot or cold in your region, items may arrive warmer than ideal—please let us know immediately if there is a concern.

7. Order Tracking & Notifications

  • After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • You can use this to monitor your package progress.

8. Delays & Exceptions

  • While we strive for 2-3 day delivery, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather events, natural disasters, or other unexpected disruption.

  • In such cases, we will notify you as soon as we are aware, and do our best to work with the carrier to expedite or mitigate delays.
