Rajah Beef & Steak Seasoning

Beef takes seasoning differently to chicken. It wants savoury depth more than heat, which is why this blend is built on tomato powder, celery and hydrolysed vegetable protein rather than chilli.

Those three do the same job slow-cooked stock does — they give the meat a meatier taste. Onion, garlic and black pepper sit behind them, with coriander leaf for something fresher at the finish.
