Soak in warm water for 15-20 minutes to rehydrate, then squeeze out excess water. Use in Vegetable Soup (Edikang Ikong) with water leaves, palm oil, crayfish, and assorted meats. Can be added to egusi, ogbono, and other Nigerian soups. Also blend rehydrated leaves into smoothies.
