Soak dried bitter leaves in warm water for 30 minutes to rehydrate. Wash thoroughly 3-5 times, squeezing out the bitter water each time. Add to Bitter Leaf Soup with cocoyam paste, assorted meats, stockfish, and palm oil. Can also be used in Egusi soup and other stews.
