Cook frozen ewedu in a small amount of water for 10-15 minutes. Blend or whisk with an ijabe (traditional broom) until smooth and slimy. Season with locust beans (iru) and salt. Serve as part of Abula (with Gbegiri and pepper stew) over amala. Can also be served alongside fufu, eba, or pounded yam.
