Soak stockfish in warm water for 12-24 hours until softened, changing water periodically. Boil for 20-30 minutes until tender. Break into chunks and add to soups and stews. Essential in Pepper Soup, Egusi, Ogbono, Banga Soup, and Oha Soup. Can also be used in fried stews and porridge yam.
