Garlic at 15% and coriander at 12% — high enough that the pack declares the percentages, which most seasonings never do.

Coriander appears twice, as seed and as leaf, and they are not the same thing. The ground seed is warm and citrusy; the dried leaf is grassier and closer to fresh cilantro. Having both is what stops this tasting like plain garlic salt.

Salt, Dried Garlic (15%), Dried Coriander (12%), WHEAT Flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), Flavour Enhancer (E621), Onion Powder, Dried Parsley Leaf, Ground Black Pepper, Dried Coriander Leaf, Spice Extracts, Anti-caking Agent (E551).
