For Egusi Soup: mix ground egusi with water to form a paste, or fry directly in palm oil. Add to a pot with palm oil, tomatoes, peppers, leafy vegetables, and your choice of meat and fish. Cook for 20-30 minutes. Can also be formed into balls and dropped into soup. Use 200-300g per pot of soup.
