For Ogbono Soup: dissolve ground ogbono in palm oil over low heat, stirring until it forms a smooth, thick base. Add stock, leafy vegetables, meat, fish, and seasoning. Cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. The soup should have a thick, 'drawing' consistency. Use 150-200g per pot.
