Rajah Mild Madras Curry Powder is a carefully crafted seasoning blend designed to bring authentic flavour to your cooking.

Season meats, fish, and vegetables before cooking.

The same Madras blend as the hot version with the order changed: chilli drops from fourth to sixth, behind the Bengal gram and cumin.

Everything else is identical — coriander and turmeric leading, mustard and fennel for the aromatic side, roasted chickpea flour thickening the sauce. It is the everyday tin in a house where not everyone eats the same heat.
