Thaw and tear leaves by hand (never cut with a knife, per tradition). Add to Oha Soup in the last 5-10 minutes of cooking — they should remain slightly firm. Combine with cocoyam paste, assorted meats, stockfish, and palm oil. Serve with pounded yam, eba, or fufu.
