Ga kenkey (komi) is the Accra version of this beloved Ghanaian staple, wrapped in corn husks rather than banana leaves and with a tangier, more fermented flavour than Fanti kenkey. Named after the Ga people of Greater Accra, it's the definitive street food of the capital. Ga kenkey with fried fish and shito pepper sauce is Ghana in a single bite.
