For ogi/pap: Soak overnight, drain, and cook with water until thick. Sweeten with sugar and serve with milk and akara. For tuwo: Add to boiling water gradually, stir until firm and smooth. For ugali: Cook with water until very thick and dough-like. Shape and serve with stews.
